Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/ICWA/CPA is a plus)

• Proven experience as an Accountant (real estate/property sector preferred)

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, Tally/ERP software, and MS Excel

• Ability to prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and tax filings

• Good understanding of budgeting, cash flow, and financial forecasting

• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
